Kids half term workshops

An interactive cheese activities for curious tastebuds designed to spark curiosity, confidence, and creativity around food.

Children aged 6+ are invited to take part in a fun, interactive cheese tasting designed to spark curiosity, confidence, and creativity around food.

Guided by Lucy, an experienced cheesemonger and qualified French teacher, the session is carefully structured, engaging, and age-appropriate. With years of experience both in the cheese industry and working in school settings, Lucy is well used to leading groups of children and creating a calm, supportive environment where everyone feels included.

Monthly Cheese Tasting in Greenwich

Each evening is themed, paired with accompaniments, wine always included, in a friendly + relaxing environment where asking questions is encouraged!

Taking place at :

Richard I pub, Royal Hill, Greenwich

  • Raclette night featuring beautifully melted Alpine cheese served with all the classic trimmings. Guests will explore the flavours of traditional Swiss and French mountain cheeses, come hungry!

  • Our cheesemonger Lucy guides you through a celebration of Irish cheesemaking and will tell stories of her travels through Ireland and the cheesemakers she has met.

  • Troupe is a new-wave négociant championing experimental wines that might otherwise be lost to the blend. Working with growers across the globe, they bring singular expressions into focus, guided by sustainability and social equity.

    Date TBC — in true natural wine fashion, we’ll confirm the date once the wines are ready to pour.

    Joining Tom, founder of Troupe, cheesemonger Lucy will pair the wines with a seasonal selection of cheeses.

  • French Sheep + Goat’s Cheese, Lucy has been known to convert the ‘anti-goat' fans (these are her fave animal + of course they produce excellent milk for cheesemaking). You will taste 4 cheeses perfect for light summer evenings.
