Ferme le Petit Nid - France 2022. View from the dairy where I learnt to make goat’s cheese.
I have always been passionate about cheese ever since I got obssessed with my favourite cheese “Beaufort D'été” whilst living in the Alps in 2020. I later moved to Brussels to work in an International school and it was after two years there that I decided to follow my passion and join the cheese industry. I started to buy cheese, research about it, and then invite friends over to taste and tell them what I had learnt. I did lots of online tastings and always took notes. I was gifted the Level one Academy of Cheese course in 2021 and then everything fell into place once I started working as a cheesemonger and running the events in Greenwich. I visit farms and learn the art of cheesemaking whenever I can, I love sharing stories about my experiences, and I know it’s a cliché but joining the world of cheese is truly a dream come true!
